Model for nonlinear creep of concrete

Jure Radnić, Domagoj Matešan

Abstract

The linear concrete creep model, previously developed in the numerical model for the analysis of concrete slabs and shells subjected to long-term load, is briefly presented. This model has been improved by the nonlinear concrete creep model. It is explained that this model can be used for all stress levels, although it should additionally be checked through experiments for very high levels of stress. It is demonstrated that experimental results correspond well with numerically obtained values.
